When you upgrade, you gain access to additional benefits immediately. Downgrading takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Any accrued benefits from the previous membership level remain active until the cycle ends.

When you become a 2 Ezi member, you will supply your contact details. We will use this information to contact you via email and SMS if you are the winner of our daily member giveaway.
If you are the lucky winner of our daily member giveaway, we will ask you to claim your prize and confirm your bank details within the app. Once you have claimed the prize, we will transfer you the money. Note, transfers can take up to 72 hours depending on your bank institute and bank holidays.

be taken to where you can make the purchase.
Depending on what you are interested in buying or redeeming, this will determine how you
finalise and your payment options.
